The staff was friendly. The room was clean and had everything I needed for my stay. The location was close to a bus station. The price was also very competitive, which I appreciated.
the linen had some hair in the beds. I found the shared kitchen VERY sticky.

the room had everything i needed , and the staff was very friendly and helpful.
the walls are thin , i could hear every word from the neighbors' room. they arrived back late and had loud music playing until morning. my sleep was disturbed because of that noise.

the double room had a mini fridge this was convenient i found cereal provided for breakfast a good touch the staff was friendly and helpful at all times. i appreciated that the room and shared bathroom were clean i thought the beds were comfy this ensured i had restful nights.
the window in my room was a bit insecure it did not close fully.

the staffs was friendly and helpful. a double bed and a single bed was in our room. they quickly fixed the hot water problem. they let me use they hair drier when i forgot mine.
the shower had some black mould but it is easy to fix.
